Ken’s background as a high achiever in Real Estate has successfully led him to be among the top producers in Real Estate and a consistent member of the RE/MAX 100% Club & RE/MAX Hall of Fame. His knowledge in business has sparked “Droog and Associates” to be a local real estate force with their residential division as well as their commercial division. Not only a high achiever in the residential real estate category but also a top producer in the commercial real estate category. Ken is an Accredited Commercial Professional ( ACP ) with RE/MAX Commercial and a Full member of RE/MAX Commercial Division as well as a Full member of the commercial division of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
Olivier earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Marketing at the University of Northern British Columbia. Over the years working as a Business Development Manager for Wood Buffalo Helicopters, he’s acquired a skill set that lends well to the Real Estate industry with a strong customer focus and business acumen to ensure his clients are well represented during the entire real estate process. After completing his real estate course through the University of British Columbia Olivier chose to pursue his Real Estate career with a well established company and team, he joined Droog & Associates with RE/MAX First Realty. He left his home town of Fort McMurray and now resides in Port Alberni with his wife and newborn son, Elliot ( a real little cutie pie). Olivier is also fully bilingual in French and English. Olivier enjoys the Island life and looks forward to helping others find their dream home and experience the Island Life Style.
Isabelle has a passion for promoting their real estate business online and using all the latest avenues available to promote their clients properties and to appeal to buyers as well. She is a past director of the Parksville Chamber of commerce and an avid promoter in the business community.
Rhonda provides us with her expertise in Managing the conveyance side of the transaction. Ensuring appropriate documents are sent to the correct parties and liaisons with the legal parties representing the buyers and sellers ensuring the closing process is seamless and headache free.
Front office support
Linda looks after uploading all our new listings to the appropriate sites and is our liasson with the real estate board to ensure all listings are represented as they should be through our MLS system or our IC&I commercial system. In conjunction with administrative support Linda will also be the one who answers the phone when you call our office. She helps coordinate our office tour of listings and is flexible to adapt to whatever ends up in her direction.
