Ken’s background as a high achiever in Real Estate has successfully led him to be among the top producers in Real Estate and a consistent member of the RE/MAX 100% Club & RE/MAX Hall of Fame. His knowledge in business has sparked “Droog and Associates” to be a local real estate force with their residential division as well as their commercial division. Not only a high achiever in the residential real estate category but also a top producer in the commercial real estate category. Ken is an Accredited Commercial Professional ( ACP ) with RE/MAX Commercial and a Full member of RE/MAX Commercial Division as well as a Full member of the commercial division of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
Isabelle has a passion for promoting their real estate business online and using all the latest avenues available to promote their clients properties and to appeal to buyers as well. She is a past director of the Parksville Chamber of commerce and an avid promoter in the business community.
Client Care Coordinator
Terri is an integral part of our team ensuring our data files & contract transaction management are complete along with client coordination from booking viewings or managing property action reports. Terri works tirelessly behind the scene to ensure all systems run smooth.
Brandy provides us with her expertise in Managing the conveyance side of the transaction. Ensuring appropriate documents are sent to the correct parties and liaisons with the legal parties representing the buyers and sellers ensuring the closing process is seamless and headache free.
Karen & Heather
Karen and Heather look after uploading all our new listings to the appropriate sites and are our liaison with the real estate board to ensure all listings are represented as they should be through our MLS system or our IC&I commercial system. In conjunction with administrative support they are also the ones who answer the phone when you call our office. They help coordinate our office tour of listings and are flexible to adapt to whatever ends up in their direction.
